What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-order is an item that has been announced by a manufacturer but has not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your unit from the initial production run.

What is a Special Order?

A Special Order is an item that is not currently available UK warehouse but is imported drom one of our licensed global distributors Once you place your order, we trigger an import specifically for you.

Release Dates & Delays

Release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are estimates only. These dates are subject to change and delays are common in the industry. While we aim to despatch your order as soon as stock reaches our UK hub, Anime Division is not responsible for manufacturer delays. We will send an email update as soon as we are made aware of any significant delays or release date changes regarding your order.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is taken at the time of checkout to secure the item from the distributor's allocation. This ensures the price is locked in and your item is reserved.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Once a Pre-order or Special Order is placed, it is immediately reserved and processed with our distributors. For this reason, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been confirmed. This includes instances where a manufacturer has delayed a release date. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before checking out.
