Can’t find a specific figure on our site? If you have seen an item available for pre-order, special order/backorder on other websites, we may be able to source it for you directly.

How it works:

  1. Email us at animedivision0@gmail.com with the name of the figure or a link to the product you found online.

  2. We will check current availability and lead times with our sourcing partners.

  3. We will email you a price quote based on the current import rates.

  4. If you wish to proceed, we will create a custom listing for you to purchase.

Please Note: This service is specifically for items currently available through our sourcing channels. All requested items are brand new, factory sealed, and fall under our A/1 Specification. Once a custom listing is purchased, it follows our standard Pre-order & Special Order policy and cannot be cancelled.
